What qualities were you looking for when searching for the first team manager for Northland FC?
Northland FC has some strong philosophies in way of Youth development and community involvement. Fernando is set the show the Northland faithful he is the right choice to guide our team as he leads us into our Inaugural season
What kind of playing style or philosophy are you hoping the new manager will bring to the club?
We don't want to disclose to much about our on field tactics. Fernando and I have discussed and I will back Fernando fully in his decisions as we keep the clubs philosophies in mind.
With the inaugural season on the horizon, what are your expectations for the team under the new manager's leadership?
We have goals on and off the pitch. We expect a fighting team that will not give up until the final whistle. A team that can hang with any other, a team that will always give it 100% for the badge. Off the pitch we will further spread our roots engaging with the community directly.
